All orders ship from Ontario, Canada with free, fully insured shipping anywhere in Canada. A signature is required on delivery for every order.

In-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Made-to-Order pieces are handcrafted just for you — please allow up to 30 business days before shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships. All prices and charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and Ontario HST (13%) is applied at checkout.

We want you to love your ring. Ready-made pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the certificate included.

Engraved rings and Made-to-Order pieces are custom-made for you and are final sale; however, if there is a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Every Tojon ring includes a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including loose prongs and stone settings under normal wear.

One complimentary resizing is included within the first 12 months of purchase (eternity bands and certain designs cannot be resized — we will let you know before you order).

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or work performed by another jeweler.

Tojon collects only the personal information needed to process your order and provide our services: your name, contact details, shipping address, and your ring preferences from the shopping journey. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to fulfill your order (such as payment processing and shipping carriers).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you signed up for reminders or offers, every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

Product images are for illustration; minor variations in stone characteristics are natural and expected within the grades you select. Diamond certificates (IGI/GIA) accompany certified stones as described on the product page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
